The Queentrepreneur Women’s Foundation (QWFN) is a Pan-African nonprofit committed to empowering women and children through education, healthcare, business mentorship, and access to essential resources. We focus on grassroots impact through programs like sanitary pad distributions, school support, career readiness, and skills development.

QWFN is powered by HerNest, our strategic and operational engine. HerNest sources business opportunities and revenue-generating partnerships that enable QWFN to run its programs sustainably. Through services such as training for business teams, HR support, AI readiness coaching, team restructuring, campaign design, and business rebranding, lean team structures and sustainble system for Businesses and non-profits, HerNest works with MSMEs and organizations looking to grow, transform, or optimize operations. The revenue and collaborations generated through HerNest are then channeled to support QWFN’s nonprofit impact across Africa. Together, we bridge impact and sustainability, ensuring that every transformation business or social builds toward a future led by women and fueled by results.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Business Development & Partnerships Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Style: Hybrid (Abuja-based, 2–3 in-person days/week)

Job Overview

  • This role is at the heart of HerNest and QWFN’s growth model.
  • The Business Development & Partnerships Manager will lead the charge in sourcing new business, closing partnerships, and securing opportunities that allow HerNest to offer its services to external organizations.
  • These engagements directly fund QWFN’s nonprofit initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage organizations needing HerNest services: training, HR, team restructuring, etc.
  • Align internal team execution with client deliverables and timelines
  • Represent QWFN/HerNest at external meetings, pitch sessions, and events
  • Report regularly to the Founder on partnership pipeline and income targets
  • Pitch, negotiate, and close business service contracts and strategic partnerships
  • Draft and submit tailored proposals and service agreements
  • Maintain a pipeline of active leads, potential partners, and growth opportunities

Your Contribution to the Vision:

  • You’re not just bringing in deals—you’re building a movement. Each business or partner you secure enables QWFN to impact more lives. You make the mission sustainable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Development, or relevant field
  • Excellent communication, proposal writing, and negotiation skills
  • Abuja-based and available for in-person strategy and client meetings
  • 3+ years experience in business development, B2B sales, or partnerships
  • Proven track record of deal closure or partnership engagement

Salary

N250,000 / month.
