We are a powerhouse of technology, creativity, and expertise.Job SummaryThe Business Development Executive will support the growth of NoemDek’s Transport Division by identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue. This role includes contributing to overall strategic development and managing the end-to-end tendering process.Key Responsibilities
- Support the Operations Manager in all sales-related and analytical activities.
- Develop and execute growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities, develop targeted strategies, and coordinate business generation efforts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Lead the preparation and submission of tenders, bids, and proposals, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
- Track and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Invitations to Tender (ITTs), and Expressions of Interest (EOIs).
- Represent the company at client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
- Collaborate with management to set and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and review contracts, ensuring alignment with legal and company standards.
- Maintain organized records of revenue, invoicing, and client interactions.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Sc./B.A. in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in business development or sales.
- Prior experience in vehicle leasing or transport services is required.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in preparing and responding to tenders is a strong advantage.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
