This includes developing and executing marketing strategies, managing sales campaigns, and ensuring the company’s positive image in the market. The role involves both client acquisition and retention, with a focus on revenue generation through innovative approaches.Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Prospecting: Generate new business opportunities through various media platforms such as publishing, advertising, and electronic media. Identify and target prospective clients to drive business growth.
- Sales Strategy & Market Research: Analyze market trends and create innovative sales strategies. Conduct market research to understand client needs and identify opportunities for new products or services.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new clients and key stakeholders. Collaborate with other departments to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Campaigns & Marketing: Develop integrated marketing campaigns in line with company goals. Work with the marketing team to execute plans that increase sales and drive revenue.
- Team Leadership & Strategy Implementation: Lead and supervise the marketing team to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with senior management to formulate and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Budget & Performance Management: Manage the marketing budget and ensure activities are delivered within the agreed financial parameters. Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to management, suggesting improvements as needed.
Experience, Qualifications, & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in business development or marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, with strong presentation skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Certification in marketing, business management, or related field. Participation in relevant industry workshops, seminars, or training programs.
- Key Competencies:
- Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on team development and execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and drive collaboration.
- Ability to adapt strategies based on market trends and customer needs.
