- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue through training programs and consulting services.
- You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and training teams to align services with client needs.
- Lead proposal development, negotiations, and closing of deals.
- Driving nationwide expansion of training programs.
- Identifying and developing relevant training offerings based on market demand.
- Bringing industry insights and networks to support strategic growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the education, training, or consulting sector is an advantage.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in education or training.
- Strong industry network and ability to identify partnership opportunities.
- Strategic thinker with execution capability.
