- Source and secure new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Develop and present tailored proposals to corporate clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized service offerings
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reports
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and conferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in events, training, or corporate services)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Experience in B2B environments is a strong advantage.
