Job Description
- We are recruiting passionate and presentable female graduates (entry-level) who are eager to build a career in the oil and gas sector.
- This role is ideal for candidates who are teachable, adaptable, confident, and fast learners.
- We are also open to experienced professionals (1–3 years) with a background in sales/business development in the oil & gas industry.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage business relationships with IOCs, DPR, NAPIMS, NNPC, etc.
- Monitor market trends and identify upcoming projects.
- Reactivate dormant accounts and generate business leads.
- Assist in preparing bids, proposals, and pre-qualification documents.
- Participate in negotiations and support strategy execution.
Requirements
For Entry-Level:
- Female graduates (age 21–26 preferred)
- No prior experience required, but must be eager to learn
- Well-presented, articulate, and confident
For Experienced Candidates:
- 1–3 years’ experience in business development (preferably upstream oil & gas)
- Strong networking, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of industry stakeholders and bidding processes
