• We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team and drive sales growth.
• As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, generating new business opportunities, and supporting our sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns
• Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media
• Present our company’s products/services to prospects
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with potential customers
• Set up meetings between prospects and Account Executives
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Meet or exceed sales quotas
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a BDR or in a similar sales role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
• Resilience and ability to handle rejection.
