- We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team and drive sales growth.
- As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, generating new business opportunities, and supporting our sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns
- Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media
- Present our company’s products/services to prospects
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers
- Set up meetings between prospects and Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Meet or exceed sales quotas
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a BDR or in a similar sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection.
