Employment Type: Full-timeKey Aims and Objectives
- Identify, research and evaluate customer needs and potential clients
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Develop mutually beneficial proposals
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
- Track and report on the status of proposal components
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
- Make and give presentations to prospective clients on services offered
- Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
- Conduct ongoing market research
- Work with the pricing department to create rate proposals
- Drive the end-to-end sales process
- Prepare and submit sales contracts
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Manage social media accounts of SISL to drive content and sales.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and a passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Degree in Engineering Preferred.
Remuneration
- Start up on N100,000.00 monthly gross
- 3.5% commission on the profit of every closed deal
- To be reviewed after six months, based on performance.
