- We’re looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Business Development and Sales Specialist to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth for our short-let apartment accommodations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and relationship-building
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, travel agencies, and industry partners
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Candidates should have an HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 – 5 years of work experience in business development and sales within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong network and relationships within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
