Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Manager to oversee daily operations, optimize performance, and drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the company’s daily business and operational activities.
- Develop and implement strategies that align with the company’s growth and sustainability goals.
- Monitor recycling operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Analyze business performance reports, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Identify opportunities for expansion, partnerships, and business development.
- Report business progress and performance insights to senior management.
- Prepare and manage budgets, track financial performance, and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Lead and motivate teams across departments to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business management, preferably within the manufacturing or recycling sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management tools.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Strong strategic planning, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and interpret financial reports.

N300,000 – N400,000 per month.
