- The Business Operations Manager for the volleyball club is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the club’s daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- This role involves managing various departments, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring that all operations align with the club’s goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Plan, direct, and coordinate all operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the club.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to improve the productivity, efficiency, and profitability of the club.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor financial data, manage budgets, and recommend solutions to improve profitability.
- Team Leadership: Oversee and support administrative staff, conduct performance reviews, and foster a positive work environment.
- Event Coordination: Organize and manage club events, tournaments, and training sessions.
- Member Relations: Manage member support processes to enhance member satisfaction and retention.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new members and promote club activities.
- Resource Management: Oversee procurement processes and coordinate the allocation of materials and resources.
- Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with club policies and legal regulations.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication between departments and with senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably in a sports or recreational setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Skills:
- Preferably a talent who played Volleyball in the past.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using business management software.
- Knowledge of volleyball and sports management is a plus.
