The ideal candidate is a well-rounded professional with a passion for growth, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a strong understanding of event, sales, and team management.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the organization and ensure seamless execution of all projects and events.
- Drive sales of the company’s services, programs, books, and entrepreneurship training offerings.
- Lead and coordinate internal team members, freelancers, and external partners to meet targets and deadlines.
- Support the CEO/Convener by implementing business strategies and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Manage stakeholder communications, client relationships, and high-level partnerships.
- Utilize digital tools (Docs, Sheets, Trello, etc.) to streamline workflows and team collaboration.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, including sales, engagement, and team KPIs.
- Apply basic AI and automation tools to improve business efficiency and support faster decision-making.
- Supervise and enhance social media engagement and brand presence in collaboration with relevant teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Resides in Port Harcourt, with deep familiarity with the local business and social environment.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business management, sales, or operations in a corporate or entrepreneurial setting.
- Proven experience in team coordination, people management, and client-facing roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Competent in tools like Google Workspace, Trello, Zoom, and basic analytics platforms.
- Good knowledge of event planning, customer engagement, and strategic sales.
- A forward-thinking mindset with a willingness to learn and apply new tools including AI/LLM software for business enhancement.
