- The Graduate Trainee Lawyer will support the Administration Department in managing, reviewing, and organizing all company documents.
- The role is primarily administrative in nature, but requires legal awareness to ensure that contracts, agreements, and records are properly handled, accurate, and compliant with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and review all documents relating to the enterprise to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in organizing, filing, and maintaining company records and correspondence.
- Provide administrative support in the preparation and circulation of contracts, agreements, and internal documents.
- Support the Admin Department in day-to-day documentation and clerical tasks.
- Draft simple letters, memos, and reports under supervision.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive company information.
- Carry out other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
- Strong reading and comprehension skills.
- Good organizational and administrative ability.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Integrity, discretion, and willingness to learn.
- Minimum of 2:1 from a Nigerian University
- Not more than 28 years
- No experience required.
