- We’re seeking friendly, efficient, and customer-focused Cashiers to join our restaurant team. As a Cashier, you’ll provide exceptional service, process transactions accurately, and maintain an organized workspace.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and payments efficiently and accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
- Answer phone calls and respond to take-out orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cashier area and surrounding environment.
- Manage cash register, handle cash drops, and reconcile receipts.
- Perform basic math calculations and handle customer complaints.
Requirements
- Previous cashier experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash.
