We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Chartered Accountant II (Accounts Payables)
Locations: Wasimi – Ogun, Ibadan – Oyo and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and account reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and monthly management reports.
- Record and monitor accounts receivablescash flows, and petty cash activities.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and support procurement-related payment processing.
- Participate in budget preparation and expenditure monitoring.
- Assist in audit preparation and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal audit and HR/Admin to ensure compliance with financial procedures.
- Prepare tax schedules and assist in filing all statutory obligations.
- Support fixed asset management, depreciation schedules, and project costing.
Qualifications
- B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- ICAN or ACCA certification (Mandatory).
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, ERP systems).
- Familiarity with Nigerian tax laws, accounting standards, and statutory reporting.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in logistics, oil and gas, or manufacturing industries.
- Proven experience in corporate finance management, financial modeling, and audit coordination.
