- We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team in Ibadan.
- This is a full-time, on-site position, ideal for a dedicated professional with strong accounting expertise and a commitment to excellence.
Job Description
- Creating invoices for company’s clients, inputting vendor invoices in the system and paying bills.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments
- Proper filling of all invoices in Google drive and calculate all income earned monthly.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
- Inputting sales and expenses entries to generate income for tax payee purposes.
- Procurement and logistics for staff welfare and clients relationship.
- Regular payment of statutory payments
- Filing all statutory payments
- Sources for manufacturers in order to reduce price such as food items and the rest.
- Keep up with all business and organizational developments.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in compliance with accounting standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or its equivalence.
- 4 to 5 years of experience
- Must be aChartered Accountant (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of Oyo state tax.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A team player with leadership skills.
- Familiarity with financial and facilities management.
Salary
