We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Chemical Analyst
Location: Awe, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform chemical tests and analysis on a variety of materials
- Write technical reports to document results and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies, methodologies and regulatory changes.
- Record and interpret data, draw conclusions and make recommendations based on results
- Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment, samples, and solutions
- Ensure the accuracy of results through proper methodologies and quality control procedures
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or related field
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment, software and data analysis tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a chemical analysis role
- Experience in a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals or environmental analysis
- Strong understanding of laboratory procedures and quality control measures
