Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
- Provide financial insights to inform business decisions.
Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies.
Financial Performance:
- Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics.
- Provide recommendations for improvement.
Financial Planning:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, banking laws, and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in banking, with at least 5 years as a General Manager in a commercial bank.
Nice to Have:
- Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA,ICAN).
- Experience with financial management systems and tools.
