Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall strategic direction, operations, and profitability of the business
- Manage daily operations across all Lumaana Residence locations
- Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional team
- Oversee marketing, branding, and guest experience strategies
- Monitor financial performance and implement growth-driven initiatives
- Ensure operational excellence, service consistency, and compliance with industry standards
Requirements
- 7+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, real estate, or a related field
- Demonstrated success in scaling a multi-location business
- Strong financial, operational, and people management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Passion for innovation, quality service, and sustainable business growth.
