The ideal candidate brings extensive expertise in LPG or downstream oil and gas operations, with a focus on execution, safety, compliance, and sustainable growth.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across terminals, depots, logistics, and bottling plants.
- Ensure high safety standards, operational efficiency, and consistent service delivery across regions.
- Develop and implement SOPs, KPIs, and frameworks to drive operational excellence.
- Align operational performance with financial and strategic objectives.
- Champion health, safety, environmental (HSE) practices and ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Build and scale systems, teams, and infrastructure to support long-term sustainable growth.
- Foster a culture of high accountability, continuous improvement, and performance mentoring.
Who You Are:
- 15+ years of experience in operations, with a minimum of 5 years in senior/executive roles within LPG or downstream oil and gas sectors.
- Strong technical and operational knowledge of plant management, HSE, supply chain, and asset management.
- Proven leadership, execution, budgeting, and scaling capabilities.
- Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Age range: 35–50 years.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
