Job Title: Clinical Administrator

Location: Enugu

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Clinical Administrator to support the daily administrative and operational activities of our healthcare center.
  • This role requires strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills to ensure smooth clinic operations, staff efficiency, and an exceptional patient experience.
  • The ideal candidate will support compliance efforts and drive quality assurance across all non-clinical functions.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Operational Support:

  • Oversee daily operations of the clinic including scheduling, logistics, and workflow coordination
  • Coordinate and track facility maintenance issues, ensuring timely resolution
  • Manage and process patient referrals, maintaining communication with referring physicians
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational policies

Patient Experience & Front Desk Oversight:

  • Supervise front desk and patient service teams to ensure efficient check-ins and accurate documentation
  • Address patient concerns or delays professionally, escalating when necessary
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized reception and waiting area

Staff Coordination & HR Support:

  • Monitor staff attendance, manage rosters, and support shift planning
  • Encourage a positive and collaborative environment for staff and patients alike
  • Track and report on key administrative and performance metrics
  • Support the onboarding and orientation of new employees, interns, or trainees
  • Organize team meetings, training sessions, and daily briefings

Reporting:

  • Compile weekly and monthly operational reports covering patient volumes, service delivery, and team efficiency
  • Support compliance with healthcare regulations, facility safety, and radiotherapy quality standards
  • Monitor documentation practices to ensure accuracy and readiness for audits or inspections
  • Participate in internal quality improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence and enhance patient care
  • Provide insights and updates to management on performance trends and process improvements
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in healthcare administration or clinic operations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and administrative systems
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality assurance standards is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and team coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Salary

N300,000 – N350,000 per month.
