- We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Company Secretary to join our team at Lion Light Ltd.
- As a Company Secretary, you’ll be responsible for providing administrative and governance support to our Board of Directors, ensuring compliance with corporate laws and regulations, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date company records.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and governance support to the Board of Directors.
- Ensure compliance with corporate laws and regulations, including filing annual returns and other statutory documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date company records, including minutes of Board meetings and shareholder records.
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of Board papers and other governance documents.
- Provide advice and guidance on corporate governance matters, including company law and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field is a bonus.
- 1+ years of experience in company secretarial practice, corporate governance, or related field.
- Strong understanding of company law and regulatory requirements, including corporate governance best practices.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date company records.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary
