- We are hiring a diligent and well-organized Company Secretary to handle administrative and compliance tasks, support the executive team, and ensure smooth corporate operations.
- This position requires someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain statutory records and file regulatory documents.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and board resolutions.
- Manage company correspondence and legal documentation.
- Ensure compliance with corporate laws and internal policies.
- Support senior management with secretarial and administrative duties.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a company secretary or in a similar role.
- Must reside within or near Ibafo, Ogun State.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance and administrative processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
