May & Baker, Nigeria Plc was founded on September 4, 1944, as Nigeria’s first pharmaceutical company. It has its origin in England, the United Kingdom where in 1834, three chemists founded Grimwade, May & Pickett, a firm for manufacturing chemicals for pharmaceutical products. In 1839 Grimwade, May & Pickett transformed into May & Baker United Kingdom Limited following some changes in the ownership. May & Baker UK Limited transformed into a mega European conglomerate through a web of mergers and acquisitions over years. Consequently, the name of the company has changed at different times and today, only the Nigerian offshoot is known by the original name.

Job Title: Consumer Health Executive
Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Ibadan – Oyo
Summary
- We seek applicants with required skills and competencies to occupy the following position in our rapidly expanding business.
- Reporting to the Distribution Sales Manager, the incumbent will be involved in the promotion of the company’s assigned consumer healthcare products in hospitals and key institutions, improving prescription drive and supply in all health institutions.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a BSc. In Biological & Applied Sciences with at least one (1) year(NYSC Inclusive) medical field sales experience with a reputable company.
- Applicants must be result oriented, self-motivated with good oral and written communication skills and must possess strong persuasion and presentation skills with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft office suites.
