- Creating engaging content across all social media platforms including instagram, whatsapp and other digital platforms.
- Create and curate high quality content (images, video, graphics, copy) tailored to each platform’s audience.
- Oversee daily social media activity, ensuring consistent voice, style and messaging.
- Develop and execute content strategies that align with brand goals and objectives.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure all visuals are on brand and visually appealing.
- Respond to comments, direct messages and engage with followers to build a community around our brand.
- Conduct research to stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
- Produce written content such as articles, blog posts and social media copy.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure all content is delivered on time and meets brand standards.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in any relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends.
- Customer service: 2 years (Required)
- Social media savvy and friendly.
- Someone that has strong experience with all major social media platforms.
- Has basic photography and videography skills (especially with mobile devices) to create engaging content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A creative mindset with a passion for staying up to date on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
