- Responsible for creating and executing a content strategy that supports our overall business goals and objectives, consistent with our brand voice and messaging.
- Social Media Management
- Paid Ad management[
- Monitor and respond to user comments, inquiries, and feedback across various digital platforms, fostering positive engagement and building brand loyalty.
- Manage the Customer Service desk.
Job Requirements
- BSc / HND in a relevant discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Only candidates living within Ikeja and environs will be considered.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to create content that resonates with diverse audience.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of brand voice and the ability to maintain consistency across various channels.
- Ability to stay updated with industry trends and adapt to new technologies.
Salary
