Job Title: Corporate Finance Analyst
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Head, Corporate Finance and Advisory Unit
Job Summary
- The Corporate Finance Analyst will play a vital and accountable role in all aspects of executing Investment Banking transactions and maintaining strategic dialogue with clients as part of a wider advisory role.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake client specific industry research on investment opportunities.
- Assist in developing pitch books and discussion papers to clients and prospects.
- Assist in detailed financial and transaction structuring analysis.
- Participate in daily deal execution.
- Maintain strategic communications with clients during the deal execution process.
- Interact with senior team members on a daily basis to execute transactions and discuss strategic alternatives.
- Create financial models, analyse financial statements and develop valuation analyses.
- Assist in the preparation of information memorandum and other marketing materials for ongoing transactions.
- Any other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Head of the Corporate Finance and Advisory Unit.
