- We’re seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Director to lead our creative team and elevate our multimedia projects across film, branding, music, and talent.
- This role is central to shaping our creative vision and ensuring consistent, high-impact storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction for all visual and content projects.
- Oversee the development and execution of campaigns across film, music, and branding.
- Collaborate with production, editing, and talent teams to deliver cohesive results.
- Guide and inspire a team of designers, videographers, and content creators.
- Maintain and evolve the Spark Motion brand identity across all platforms.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3+ years in a creative leadership role, preferably in multimedia or entertainment.
- Proven track record in directing campaigns, video production, and brand storytelling.
- Strong visual sense with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in managing creative teams and cross-functional collaboration.
- Deep understanding of current trends in media, design, and digital storytelling.
