Responsibilities
- Deployment and rotation of the crew
- Managing crew documentation and certification
- Arranging travel and accommodations for the crew
- Coordinating transportation and visas
- Liaising with stakeholders, crew members, and logistics providers
- Coordinating with other departments (e.g., operations, HR)
- Providing updates and reports on crewing and logistics
- Resolving crewing and logistics issues
- Troubleshooting problems and finding solutions
- Collaborating with others to resolve issues
- Maintaining crew databases and records
- Managing budgets and costs related to crewing and logistics.
- Managing crew logistics and supply chain
- Ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and standards
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Conducting audits and inspections
