Description
- We are seeking a proactive and service-driven Customer Care Representative to join our team.
- The ideal candidate is a young, smart, and articulate lady with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- She will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and delivering exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal databases.
- Track, analyze, and report customer feedback and service performance using Excel.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and customer concerns to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with the sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to enhance service quality.
- Provide product and service information to customers clearly and confidently.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for customer satisfaction.
- Prepare weekly and monthly customer service reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc Degree from a recognized institution.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Excellent command of English (oral and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic office tools.
- Ability to speak other Nigerian languages is an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Gender Preference: Female (for gender balance).

Salary
N110,000 – N150,000 monthly.
