As part of their continued investment in operational excellence, they seek a proactive and well-organised Customer Sales Support professional to join their Sales and Marketing team in Lagos, Nigeria.This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in customer service, sales support, or administrative coordination, particularly within retail or manufacturing environments. - Support the retail sales team in daily operational tasks such as sampling, order preparation, and liaising with walk-in customers.
- Post orders based on direction from the Sales Team or Retail Sales Manager.
- Assist in drafting and revising company forms, sales documents, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Provide administrative support for marketing activities such as exhibitions and seminars.
- Maintain and update the monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO documentation standards, and internal procedures.
- Carry out any additional tasks or related assignments as management requests.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- A university degree with a solid academic background is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to multitask across teams and functions.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced business environment.
