- To drive revenue growth by ensuring customer satisfaction through effective sales, relationship management, and after-sales support across the South West region.
- The role combines direct selling with proactive customer engagement to retain and grow the customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell the company’s products and solutions to existing and prospective customers in the region.
- Build and manage strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key accounts.
- Monitor customer buying patterns and provide insights to improve sales strategy and service delivery.
- Work with the logistics and supply chain team to ensure timely delivery and resolve delivery challenges.
- Conduct market intelligence activities to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and market trends.
- Conduct field visits, customer check-ins, and service follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues, ensuring resolution within defined timelines.
- Educate customers on product usage, features, and value propositions.
- Track sales targets and performance metrics; submit weekly and monthly reports.
- Represent the company at trade shows, customer forums, and regional product activations.
- Promote brand loyalty through customer engagement programs and feedback collection.

- Monthly sales targets achieved

- Resolution time for complaints
- Market coverage and new accounts opened
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Agricultural Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
- Experience in the agro-allied, FMCG, or pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the South West.
- Proficient in MS Office; CRM or sales reporting tools is an added advantage.
