This role also supports daily business operations and ensures smooth delivery of services.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service via phone, email, social media, and in-person.
Manage bookings and client orders, ensuring accurate details and timely follow-ups.
Assist with scheduling deliveries and coordinating event logistics.
Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
Support in daily administrative tasks such as filing, inventory updates, and report preparation.
Assist in packaging and preparing dessert orders during peak times.
Follow up on client feedback and help resolve any complaints professionally.
Collaborate with the production and logistics team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Contribute creative ideas for improving customer experience.
