Employment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, phone, email, and social media.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Assist users with account setup, deposits/withdrawals, and general betting-related queries.
- Escalate technical issues to the platform or IT team and follow up on resolutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform features, promotions, and betting rules.
- Record customer interactions and feedback for reporting and improvement purposes.
- Provide a seamless customer experience and ensure satisfaction at all touchpoints.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the betting or fintech space.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of sports betting platforms, odds, and common user issues.
- Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Calm, patient, and solution-oriented approach to customer engagement.
Salary
