- We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.
- The CSR will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory logistics experience from pickup to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, professionally, and with empathy.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for further investigation.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
- Liaise with operations and dispatch teams to ensure successful order fulfillment.
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to relevant teams for service improvement.
- Stay updated on company policies, service offerings, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / BSc Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related disciplines with 1-2 years experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the logistics or e-commerce industry.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, tracking software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A positive attitude, patience, and a passion for helping people.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time role (Monday–Saturday, with Saturday being a half day).
