- We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at [Elders security Services], a leading provider of security solutions.
- In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing support, answering inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction with our security products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
- Provide information about security systems, monitoring services, and company policies
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with field technicians
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of issues and satisfaction with service
- Handle billing questions and process payments when necessary
- Identify opportunities for upselling or additional services based on customer needs
- Assist with onboarding new clients and guiding them through system setup
Requirements
- Higher National Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the security or technology industry
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic technical understanding of alarm systems, CCTV, or access control is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Salary
N50,000 – N70,000 / month.Method of Application
