In addition, our 24 hours availability onsite and online in all our branches have equally ensured our clients can rely on us for immediate service at any hour of the day.We are recruiting to fill the position below:Job Position: Customer Service RepresentativeJob Location: Ikate, Lekki – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-timeResponsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Resolve complaints and provide accurate information about products/services
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Document customer interactions and feedback for internal use
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 0-3 years of experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively
- Basic computer proficiency (email, CRM tools, etc.)
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Must reside within or very close to Ikate Lekki – only nearby applicants will be shortlisted
Salary
