Employment Type: Full-timeJob Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain effective communication with clients through regular meetings, phone calls, and follow-ups.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing clear and accurate information about our services.
- Conduct item inspections for defects and promptly report any issues.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely updates are provided to clients and internal teams.
- Efficiently process, pack, and ship orders with a high level of accuracy.
- Prepare and ensure that all required shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs paperwork, complies with applicable standards.
Requirements
- A BSc / HND in any discipline, preferably in Social Sciences or Business Management.
- 2 – 3 years of proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Igbo language is an added advantage.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse clients.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
