As part of our expansion, we are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our Ibadan branch team.We are hiring young and vibrant individuals as a Customer Service Representative to manage our customer queries and complaints.You will also be asked to process client requests, modifications, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, other queries and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.You will be responsible for acting as a liaison between the customers and our company.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
- Generate sales leads.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Must have a BSc or HND in any Discipline.
- Must have completed NYSC
- Must be proficient with MS office, internet and social media
- Minimum work experience in similar role is 1-3 years.
