Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with FMCG experience to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and data management, enabling informed business decisions and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
- Assist in forecasting, sales analysis, and performance tracking using statistical tools and data models.
- Support management in identifying opportunities for process improvements and business optimization.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular audits and validations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, analytics techniques, and business intelligence processes.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in data analysis and data management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
