- We are seeking a highly accurate and reliable Data Entry Officer to support the day-to-day backend operations of the DDSA (Direct Digital Sales Agent) platform.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and managing large volumes of data related to agents, transactions, field activities, and onboarding documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and quick turnaround.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update agent registration data into the DDSA system
- Review and validate agent profiles, forms, and supporting documents
- Track data inconsistencies and work with field teams for correction/resolution
- Maintain proper digital filing systems and backups
- Generate daily or weekly data reports for internal reviews
- Flag errors, duplicates, and suspicious entries to supervisors
- Assist in cleaning, organizing, and migrating historical data into the DDSA database
- Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive agent and user records.
Preferred Qualifications
- OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Admin, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Prior experience in data entry, admin support, or digital onboarding roles
- Bonus: Experience in financial inclusion, agent registration, or fintech fieldwork.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Fast and error-free typing skills (minimum 40 WPM preferred)
- Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and online form tools
- Familiarity with CRM tools, dashboards, or entry platforms is an added advantage
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
