They work as trusted partners, creating better solutions and experiences for their customers, communities, and colleaguesAbout the JobThe Development Manager for Alternative Fuels is responsible for driving the development, sourcing, and management of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) as a sustainable alternative fuel for cement manufacturing. This role ensures the successful integration of MSW into operations while maintaining compliance with environmental regulations and optimizing cost efficiencies. Due to the operational intensity at the dumpsites, the role will also have a dotted reporting line to the Operations Manager, to ensure operational alignment and efficiency in the field.What you’ll be doingBusiness Development & Growth:
