Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with our brand voice, audience interests, and business goals.
- Generate creative, on-trend ideas for shows, social media, web, and promotional campaigns.
- Create high-quality multimedia content — including copywriting, graphics, videos, and interactive posts — optimized for each platform.
- Edit and proofread content to maintain quality, consistency, and brand tone.
- Collaborate closely with presenters, producers, designers, and marketing to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Manage and update content calendars for shows, social, and digital platforms.
- Monitor performance analytics (engagement, reach, listenership) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on pop culture, entertainment, and digital media trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Support live coverage of events, interviews, and campaigns across platforms.
Ideal Candidate
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital content, media production, or social media
- Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
- Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Proactive, trend-savvy, and highly collaborative
- Able to work in a fast-paced, media-driven environment
Bonus Skills:
- Photography and videography
- Understanding of SEO, analytics, and social media advertising
- Experience managing livestreams or live event content.
