If you’re passionate about digital strategy, customer engagement, and data-driven growth, we’d love to meet you.Job DescriptionAs the Digital Growth Manager, you will lead initiatives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through digital channels. You will work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams to improve the user journey, launch growth campaigns, and scale digital adoption across our customer base.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase app downloads, user activation, and product adoption.
  • Analyze market and user data to uncover insights and opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Optimize digital customer experience in collaboration with the product and UX teams to improve engagement and conversion.

. Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (including ads, SEO/SEM, social media, and partnerships) to drive traffic and user acquisition.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and engineering, to align and implement growth initiatives.
  • Continuously test, measure, and iterate on growth tactics to maximize ROI.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a growth, digital marketing, or product role—preferably in a fintech or mobile-first environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and digital analytics tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using platforms like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across product and marketing teams.
  • A deep interest in the fintech industry, with an understanding of local market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Ability to think strategically but also execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
