- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Create engaging and creative content for different online platforms
- Identify trends and insights and optimise performance based on data
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
- Monitor and analyse website traffic and online campaigns
- Optimise content for the website and social networking channels
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing or a related field
- Experience managing social media pages and online advertising campaigns
- Professional certifications (Google Digital Marketing, Meta Blueprint Certification, HubSpot, etc.) are an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media Advertising
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing software
- Content creation and copywriting skills
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc. are a plus)
- Video editing skills (optional but an added advantage)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Creativity and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
