Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across social media, email, and web platforms.
- Plan and execute result-oriented campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation for our products (Norakle ERP, Acadasuite, and Evangel).
- Manage content creation and distribution (text, image, and video).
- Collaborate with the product and sales teams to align messaging and campaigns.
- Run paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor campaign budgets and ROI.
- Optimize content for SEO/SEM, and oversee performance analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and insights.
- Manage and update the company website and landing pages.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience managing and executing successful digital campaigns.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs), and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent content creation, writing, and editing skills.
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work independently.
