- To develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote the company’s pharmaceutical products and services, enhance online brand visibility, and drive customer engagement in compliance with NAFDAC, PCN, and other regulatory guidelines governing pharmaceutical advertising in Nigeria.
Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute digital marketing plans to promote products to pharmacies, hospitals, wholesalers, and healthcare professionals.
- Design and run targeted online ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) while adhering to pharmaceutical marketing regulations.
- Plan and manage email marketing campaigns to existing and potential clients.
Content Creation & Management:
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content (images, videos, infographics, blogs) tailored to healthcare audiences.
- Collaborate with regulatory officers to ensure all marketing content is compliant with industry guidelines.
- Manage and update the company website to reflect current products, promotions, and industry updates.
Social Media Management:
- Maintain active and engaging presence across relevant social media platforms.
- Monitor trends, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Use analytics tools to track performance and adjust strategies for better engagement.
SEO & Web Analytics:
- Optimize website and content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and HubSpot to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare periodic performance reports with actionable insights.
Brand Building & Customer Engagement:
- Develop and maintain a strong, professional online brand image for the company.
- Run virtual product launches, webinars, and online healthcare education campaigns.
- Foster relationships with online healthcare communities and influencers.
Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with the Sales Team to align online marketing with sales objectives.
- Support offline marketing initiatives with digital campaigns.
- Liaise with IT for technical support on digital platforms.
Skills & Competencies
- Digital Tools: Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, Adobe Suite, WordPress, and CRM tools.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret marketing analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Creativity: Strong visual and copywriting skills for healthcare markets.
- Regulatory Awareness: Knowledge of NAFDAC and PCN restrictions on pharmaceutical marketing.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based with flexibility for remote work when necessary.
- Occasional weekend or after-hours work during campaigns or product launches.
Salary
