- We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive with a background in pharmacy to lead and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to the pharmaceutical industry.
- The ideal candidate will blend their pharmaceutical expertise with marketing skills to drive brand awareness, engage healthcare professionals, and promote ethical pharmaceutical products online.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing campaigns for pharmaceutical products and healthcare initiatives.
- Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising to increase brand visibility.
- Craft engaging content marketing strategies aligned with medical and regulatory standards.
- Leverage email marketing to nurture leads and engage healthcare professionals.
Content Creation & Brand Messaging:
- Create and manage scientifically accurate digital content, including blogs, articles, white papers, and social media posts.
- Ensure marketing materials comply with pharmaceutical regulations and ethical guidelines.
- Develop educational materials and campaigns tailored to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
Social Media & Community Engagement:
- Manage and grow social media presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
- Engage with the medical community through interactive campaigns and thought leadership.
- Monitor trends in digital marketing and healthcare to refine strategies.
Analytics & Performance Tracking:
- Track and analyze digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, CRM tools, and social media insights.
- Optimize campaigns based on data insights to improve engagement and conversions.
- Prepare reports on KPIs, ROI, and audience insights to guide decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
Educational Background:
- B.Pharm, PharmD, or related Degree (MBA in Marketing is a plus).
- Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) is an advantage.
- Pharmacist Preferred
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
- Proven track record of successful online campaigns in the healthcare sector.
Technical & Marketing Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or other content creation tools.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory considerations in pharmaceutical advertising.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication & storytelling skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
- Passion for healthcare innovation & ethical marketing.
