- Responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the Bank’s digital marketing strategy in order to increase brand awareness and improve marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy that aligns with the bank’s goals
- Conducting market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage
- Tracking the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts using various web analytics tools
- Managing the redesign of the bank website and maintaining it, keeping it updated with engaging and relevant content
- Creating, scheduling, and analyzing all the digital campaigns and reporting on the results
- Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
- Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC for online marketing purposes
- Planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests
- Overseeing the bank’s email marketing campaigns and sending out targeted emails to customers
- Managing the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
Requirements
- First degree in a numerate or business-related discipline
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in the digital marketing space with preferred experience within the Financial Services Industry
Knowledge:
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Salary
N3,100,000 – N5,100,000 Annually.Method of Application
